4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing and Payment

By purchasing a subscription to our Services, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected plan. All payments must be made through our authorized payment processors. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect any subscription periods that have already been paid for.

4.2 Subscription Renewal

Unless you notify us otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period at the then-current rate. You can manage your subscription settings through your account dashboard.

4.3 Refund Policy

No refunds are available for purchased subscriptions. Once you purchase a subscription, you can cancel it whenever you wish to avoid getting charged for the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Exception: Refunds are only available in cases of accidental double purchases. If you have accidentally purchased two identical plans, you may contact us at [email protected] with proof of the double purchase to request a refund for one of the purchases. Such requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content generated by our AI tools
• Any academic penalties or consequences resulting from the use of our Services

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DrYasirAI and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
